Association so they can input your record in the database to enable you to access their MLS information.

agreement are: Alexandria, St. Cloud, Brainerd, Duluth, Mankato, Faribault and Willmar.

You and your broker must this form before your request can be processed.

The Reciprocating Parties agree to cooperate in sharing Multiple Listing Service information

among their Participants, pursuant to the following stipulations:

*Rules and Regulations: All Reciprocating Parties (as defined by the NATIONAL

ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®) of Boards/Associations of MLS’s which are Reciprocating

Parties, and their affiliated MLS Users, must abide by the Multiple Listing Rules and

Regulations of any other Reciprocating Parties (REALTOR® MLS only Participants do qualify

for the Reciprocity Agreement as long as the MLS only Participant is a member of one of the

Reciprocating Parties’ MLS).

*MLS Rules and Regulations Complaints: Complaints alleging violations by any Participant

or MLS User of the Rules and Regulations of any MLS in which the Participant has access to

shall be heard in accordance with the Service’s rules and regulations.

*Arbitration/Mediation: Participants of the Reciprocating Parties are required to arbitrate their

business disputes with the Participants of all other Reciprocating Parties. All hearings to

determine such disputes will be conducted in accordance with the Minnesota Association of

REALTORS® Arbitration Procedures as agreed to by and between the affected

Boards/Associations or, absent such agreements, under the local Board/Association procedures

set forth for such proceedings in the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of the National

Association of REALTORS® as modified by applicable Minnesota statutes.

*Jurisdiction: Business disputes involving mediations or arbitration between Participants who

are Both Participants in the same two or more Reciprocating Parties’ MLS’s shall be processed

by that Board/Association having administrative jurisdiction pursuant to National Association of

REALTORS® policies over the area in which the property is located.

*Participant Responsibility: Participants of the Reciprocating Parties are responsible and

accountable for the actions of all of their affiliated licensees and administrative staff.

*Universal Offer of Compensation: A Participant is extending an offer of compensation, on

those same terms and conditions via this agreement to the Participants in any Reciprocating Party

who will accept the relationship and the terms, if any, of compensation being offered, in

accordance with the Standards of Practice for cooperation as contained in the Code of Ethics and

Arbitration Manual of the National Association of REALTORS®.
